RÓSA / Parcel guides
Safer parcel handovers with travellers
No button or code alone makes a handover safe. Start with a clear description of the item, a lawful route and terms that everyone understands.
Service available · real payment acceptance remains closed
Contents and travel rules
The sender should describe the contents accurately. The traveller should check carrier and border rules for the route. Do not accept a sealed item if you cannot verify what is inside.
People and meeting points
Agree in advance who hands over and receives the item, and where and when each meeting happens. Stop if the terms change without your agreement.
Confirmation and help
RÓSA separates pickup, delivery and item-condition confirmation. Report a delay, damage or dispute through the agreement or Support; keep the description, photos and agreed terms. Do not bypass closed payments with codes or false confirmations.
