Agreed traveller reward
The sender and traveller will agree on one reward amount. The service fee will not reduce it.
ROSA’s approved fee rate
Once payments are connected, the sender will pay it on top of the traveller’s agreed reward.
Handover confirmation codes
Collection and delivery. The recipient confirms the item’s condition separately.

ROSA connects people who need to send an item with travellers already going that way. You don’t need to know each other beforehand: meet through the app and agree on the details and reward. Collection and delivery to the recipient are confirmed separately.

ROSA supports Ukraine. We plan to direct 3% of the service’s net profit to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This is ROSA’s contribution from its own funds. It is not an additional charge to users and does not reduce the traveller’s agreed reward or any refunds due.
How we plan to calculate the contribution
We plan to calculate the contribution monthly, after accounting for expenses, amounts due, taxes and accumulated losses from previous periods. No contribution will accrue under the programme while there is no net profit.
